We had a last minute need for my mom in Boone and I was out of town and felt helpless…Becca answered my call quickly and was so accommodating…she agreed to meet my mom and her caregiver with only a few minutes notice at the end of the business day in order for my mom to have a bed for the caregiver who needed to stay overnight. Thank you for helping us ALL sleep better that night!!!

Had an amazing experience with BoxDrop Boone! We needed to replace our couch and love seat and the experience was seamless! From reviewing the inventory, making the purchase, and experiencing the delivery, it was exceptional! I’m so pleased with BoxDrop! I needed to replace an old box spring. I called the store to check inventory and had a new one delivered that afternoon to Beech Mountain. They were wonderful to work with. I’ll be checking in with them for future furniture needs.

I just moved into a new apartment so it has been very chaotic, but Gary and Becca have been so amazing through this whole process! Gary waited and let me look at all the options for a little over an hour, and answered any questions I had. Even giving me helpful advice coming from a dad‘s perspective since I’m from out of state, and my parents weren’t here to help me with the decision-making. The communication was amazing, Gary even checked the weather to make sure it was OK to deliver the couch, and when it was supposed to rain when they were going to come drop it off, he allowed me to change the time of drop off, so my couch wouldn’t get wet! I have no idea how they were able to fit the couch into my apartment, they’re like Tetris geniuses! They even set everything up and Becca made sure the pillows looked cute before she left! Can’t thank them enough for making my new home feel so cozy!

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Great selection of products to chose from, even better prices!! You don't pay for all the extravagant overhead. Becca and Gary were AWESOME!!!! They delivered all the way to Winston Salem, and played "tetris" getting a sofa and loveseat unto an awkward doorway and upstairs to a bonus room!! GREAT PEOPLE!!! We will definitely do business with them again!!
